Recently there has been a lot of debate around empowering, and educating young Arabian women and their role in the development process of Arabian Society. We need to keep it in mind that, back in 1930 the discovery of oil was a major occurrence, and would have a significant impact on both women and men going into the 70′s. Young Arabians – The Future of International Relations for Arabian Countries

The world has seen several exceptional women leaders such Margaret Thatcher, Indira Gandhi, Angela Merkel and Benazir Bhutto. Other genres such as academic, culture and sports have also seen its share of remarkable women achievers. In countries such as Lebanon, Egypt and Palestine notable accomplishments are also being made by women. The future of countries in the Middle East like Lebanon, Palestine and Egypt are in the hands of our young Arabian leaders.
Just recently on November 14th, during Global Entrepreneurship Week, young Arabian leaders had the opportunity to interact with successful entrepreneurs, who were mentors for that night. This no doubt included young arabian women. The event was held at the Bahrain financial Harbour proved to be a success.

The participants in this event were given the opportunity to learn what is involved in opening and running their own business. They received first hand advice from experienced entrepreneurs showing them how to develop their successful businesses. The Sheraton Hotel hosted a very successful event on November 17th with Talal of the TAG organization giving an outstanding presentation, that no doubt was enjoyed by all prospective entrepreneurs who attended this outstanding event.

According to the Khaleej Times women must be included as part of the new young Arabian leaders. Hilary Clinton said that the countries in the Middle East will not have a real democracy if women are left out of any new developments there. It was said that women need to be equal partners and feel free to exercise their rights as new young leaders in countries like Egypt, Palestine, and other Middle East Countries.

Catherine Ashton, who represented the European Union, said it was commendable to see how well women in Egypt are doing in getting involved in future developments. The need for financial support cannot be stressed enough to encourage future involvement from young Arabian women.
